This darling baby skunk is a true beauty. The local indigenous legend of the skunk is that she was a beautiful maiden with long white hair down her back who loved the scent of flower petals. When she chose independence for herself rather than take on an grumpy old suitor, the turtle, she was transformed into a skunk with the power to ward of unwanted pursuers with her spray.
